RETURN POLICY/CANCELLATION POLICY

For your convenience, we offer our customers the option to return eligible products on non-damaged/defective merchandise within 14 days of purchase with a $15.00 restocking fee.  Any cancellations of orders will also result in a $15.00 restocking Fee

  • Final Sale Items: include sale items, hats, socks, swimwear, collaborative footwear or apparel releases, Solefly footwear and apparel releases.

PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION, PACKAGING, AND/OR MATERIALS CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED. SOLEFLY DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY WORN OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS AS RETURNS. FOOTWEAR MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE ORIGINAL BOX.

SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY

All items will be shipped to the address provided. We can adjust the address if there is an error, but not once the item has been fulfilled. After fulfilment, if the address given was incorrect, we are not responsible for rerouting the package or refunding that order. Please double check the shipping address you provide.

What do I need to provide to be able to exchange my order?

We can look up your order history, so there's no need to provide us anything—either on the phone or in a store. If you would like to speed up the exchange, or if you made your purchase as a "guest," you'll want to have your packing slip or purchase confirmation email.

How do I return my order?

After confirming that your order is eligible for a return/exchange, please visit our returns page here. Upon receipt, the Customer Service Team will review your ticket and handle the return/exchange as outlined above.
